For a straightforward three-page site, usually a week or two from the point your content arrives. The honest bottleneck is almost always getting words and photos together, not the building.

Enquiries and bookings use established third-party tools chosen for their privacy terms, and your site will include an appropriate privacy notice. I don't build systems that store clinical records or session notes — that belongs in software designed and certified for it, and it sits outside these packages.

Yes, for everyday changes — prices, opening hours, a new paragraph. Handover covers how. If you'd rather I handled changes, ongoing support can be quoted separately.

Because I use AI tools to do in hours what used to take days, I don't have an office or a sales team, and I'm building my portfolio. These are introductory prices and they won't stay this low forever.
