Before you book
I'm genuinely not technical. Is that a problem?
No — it's who this is for. I'm not from a technical background myself; I learned this as an adult, which is exactly why I can explain it without jargon. If something I say doesn't make sense, that's my problem to fix, not yours.
How long does a website take?
For a straightforward three-page site, usually a week or two from the point your content arrives. The honest bottleneck is almost always getting words and photos together, not the building.
How do payments work?
Done For You: 50% deposit to start — by card via Stripe for the £175 3-page starter deposit, or by bank transfer — then the balance when the site goes live. Learn With Me (£95): paid before the session once your slot is confirmed — either by card via Stripe, or by bank transfer (I’ll email the account details and a payment reference after we confirm). I'm a therapist — what about client confidentiality?
Enquiries and bookings use established third-party tools chosen for their privacy terms, and your site will include an appropriate privacy notice. I don't build systems that store clinical records or session notes — that belongs in software designed and certified for it, and it sits outside these packages.
Will I be able to update it myself afterwards?
Yes, for everyday changes — prices, opening hours, a new paragraph. Handover covers how. If you'd rather I handled changes, ongoing support can be quoted separately.
Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?
Because I use AI tools to do in hours what used to take days, I don't have an office or a sales team, and I'm building my portfolio. These are introductory prices and they won't stay this low forever.
