Counselling, psychotherapy & professional training
A space to pause, and a place to learn.
Two kinds of work, under one roof: confidential counselling for individuals, and training and group facilitation for the organisations that support them.
Counselling & Wellbeing
A confidential hour each week to think out loud — about anxiety, loss, a relationship, or something you can't quite name yet. In person or online.

What clients say
Example testimonials for this demonstration site. They are illustrative, not from real clients.
I put off getting in touch for almost a year. The first call took ten minutes and I wondered why I had waited.
Having the same time each week gave me somewhere to put things down. I never felt rushed.
The reflective practice group changed how our team talks to each other after a hard week.
Clear fees, an easy booking page and a warm first conversation. It took the guesswork out of starting.
Common questions
Before you get in touch
Still unsure? The free 15-minute call is there for exactly this.
Book a free callHow do I know if therapy is right for me?
Mostly you don't, until you try it. The free call exists for exactly this — you can ask questions, get a sense of me, and decide afterwards with no pressure either way.
How long will I need to come for?
It varies. Some people come for six or eight sessions with something specific in mind; others stay for a year or more. We'll review how it's going regularly rather than drifting.
Is online as good as in person?
For most people, yes. Some prefer the room; some find it easier to speak from home. You can try both and see.
What if I cry, or can't think of anything to say?
Both happen in almost every therapy room, most weeks. Neither is a problem, and silence is often where the useful things surface.
